Delivery Policy
We deliver from Monday to Saturday with the exception of Mother’s Day (9th May 2021 Sunday).
SAME DAY deliveries must be placed before 11am. If this does not suit your preference please give us a call on 0478144770.
Standard delivery is between 9:00am and 6:00pm. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secured addresses, such as apartments and units, are received by the recipient at the time of delivery. Alternatively, for any special delivery/requirements please give us a call. In the circumstance that the recipient is not present upon pickup, we will put the arrangement in a safe place.
Flowers by Leda uses trusted courier companies to deliver our goods. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen but deliveries to business addresses will be completed before 6pm. Please write a note in your order if you have a special delivery time request. While we can make no guarantees, we will do our best to fulfil it.
Flowers by Leda is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received and should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Flowers by Leda.
Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Refund Policy
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Please have in mind that our bouquet photos only serve as a reference. Although we will do our best to recreate the intended look, flowers are seasonal and hence at times, we can only use what is available.
